A legendary natural wine estate from Burgenland, a region in Austria, specifically in the small village of Oggau by lake Neusiedel. Founded by Eduard & Stephanie Tscheppe in 2007, this cult natural wine estate with iconic label designs of different faces, has since become a worldwide phenomenon. Embracing biodynamic farming, they’ve crafted wines that are more than just bottles – they’re expressions of nature, culture, and emotion. Each wine pulses with life, capturing the spirit of the sense of place.
La Brasserie Levain n’est pas une brasserie ordinaire. Aymeric Tissot, fils du vigneron Stéphane Tissot, mélange les univers du vin et de la bière. En élaborant des bières naturellement fermentées, il utilise des levures indigènes et des fûts de vin, ce qui donne des breuvages nuancés et acides. Tout comme un vigneron, il aborde la bière avec la même révérence pour le temps, le terroir et la nature.
